Cancellation Policy
Things come up! As a mom, I get it. Please give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. I charge 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and 100% of the scheduled service for any no shows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and 50% of the service will be due. Please understand that these policies are in place to protect my business but also to provide for my family.
